Collective Agreements & Conventions
Achievements and rights guaranteed for the port tally clerks
Our agreements and conventions
CONFEPAR maintains a tradition of robust collective bargaining, resulting in conventions that guarantee better working conditions, fair pay and legal security for all casual port tally clerks.
We signed two Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with SINDOP — the Union of Port Operators of the State of Paraná — ensuring legal security and a real increase in the average income of TPA tally clerks.
Collective Agreements
Negotiated directly between the union and specific port operators, they address matters such as adjustments, productivity and local conditions.
Collective Conventions
They set general rules for the whole category, involving the employers' union (SINDOP) and the tally clerks' union, defining rights and benefits.
