Union Representation
The collective strength of Paranaguá's tally clerks
Defending the category at every level
CONFEPAR represents the cargo loading and unloading tally clerks of Paraná's ports, fiercely defending the rights of the category. Since 1938, we have been the organized voice of the tally clerks before port operators, OGMO and public authorities.
Our work combines tradition and modernity: we take an active part in collective bargaining, in decisions affecting port work, and in coordination with labor centers and federations in Brazil and abroad.
Main fronts of action
Collective Bargaining
Leading the Collective Bargaining Agreements with SINDOP, ensuring legal security and appreciation of TPA tally clerks' income.

Monitoring and protecting the labor, social security and port rights of the category.
